Tofu Cream Cheese

Tofu Cream Cheese

I enjoyed various kinds of cheese on bagels in New York, but lately I've been wanting to eat healthier, so I made some using tofu.

Ingredient

1 block

Firm tofu

1 clove

Garlic

2 tbsp

Lemon juice

3 tbsp

Olive oil

1 dash

Parsley

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Drain the tofu well.

* Step 2

Put the tofu, finely chopped garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a food processor and mix until smooth.

* Step 3

Add the olive oil a little at a time to Step 2, mixing after each addition. Finally, add the finely chopped parsley and enjoy.

* Step 4

The picture shows it being used on chips made from lightly toasting shumai skins. It's easy, crispy, and delicious. It's great as a snack or to have while drinking.
