Bacon and Cheese Grillers
Think of those as burgers but the bacon and cheese are inside instead of outside the burger!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Fry the bacon till most fat is rendered. Let it cool then chop coarsely (about 1/4 inch pieces)
* Step 2
Mix the meat with garlic and onion powder, Oregano, salt and pepper then add the bacon and the cheese. Mix well.
* Step 3
Use the meat mixture to form 4 inch diameter patties / burgers, 1/2 inch in thickness (either by hand or using a burger form or such)
* Step 4
Place a piece of parchment paper between the burgers, place burgers in a freezer bag and freeze them overnight (or longer / whenever you need them!)
* Step 5
While still frozen, pre-heat the grill to medium low, (remove the parchment paper) and grill the burgers 15 - 17 minutes till they reach an internal temperature of 160 F. Serve immediately
