Mike's 10 Minute Smothered Pork Loin Chop Complete Meal
Yet again, my 8 year old culinary students got bored waiting for their breads to rise. With that, they challenged each other to a complete 10 minute dinner. Well, Duncan won. Excellent work buddy! You know me! I'm all about the quick, easy and delicious!

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Season and marinate your pork loins overnight. Refrigerate.
* Step 3
Pan sear your pork loins on high with onions for 3 minutes on both sides. Don't under or over fry pork. Just make sure they aren't bleeding.
* Step 4
Drain your chops on clean paper towels.
* Step 5
Continue frying onions until translucent if needed.
* Step 6
In the meantime, season & microwave your corn.
* Step 7
Microwave your mashed potatoes and gravy as well.
* Step 10
My students even pulled cheesecake from the freezer too four dessert. This is a super yummy brand!
