Mike's EZ Cheesy Chicken & Rice
Five minutes fast! This is more of a super stupid easy side dish than that of an actual recipe. But, it was so yummy, I just had to post this for my student's.

Here's the bulk of what you'll need.
* Step 2
Or, you can cheat and purchase pre shreadded chicken.
* Step 3
Heat your rice for 90 seconds. Slightly heat your Velveeta Cheese Sauce. Fine shave your broccoli florets, chop your green onions and fine shred your rotisserie chicken. Add your granulated garlic and half & half as well. Gently mix well without breaking up your rice. Reheat if necessary.
* Step 4
That's it! Easy peasy!Serve her hot. Enjoy!
