Chicken salad tostadas with avocado 🥑🍗 -Tostadas de pollo con aguacate

This recipe will fill you up and is easy to make and kept cold! Fill up with lots of protein, fiber, and some carbs

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil chicken breast until ready

* Step 2

Set chicken aside and shred once cool or you could use a stand mixer to do it quickly

* Step 3

Boil frozen veggies in broth until ready

* Step 4

In a large mixing bowl, add shredded chicken, cooked veggies, light mayo, Greek yogurt, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. This is your chicken salad.

* Step 5

To plate, place the amount of Baked tostadas you want to eat. Place sliced avocado on tostadas

* Step 6

Add chicken salad on top of tostadas and avocado.

* Step 7

Add salsa on top or chili flakes and ENJOY!
