Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut and wash all your ingredients. Take a large wok and add oil. Sauté your onions then your garlic.
* Step 2
Add the pork belly and cook for about 5 minutes then add the tomatoes. Cook for another 5 minutes then add you fish sauce and water then cover and simmer in medium low heat for about 30 minutes or until meat is soft.
* Step 3
After 30 minutes add the daikon and long beans and cover and simmer for 5 minutes then add the Bokchoy and simmer for 3 minutes then add the spinach.
* Step 4
Cook for another 3 minutes then lastly add the chili and sinigang mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.
