Deep Pan Fried Chicken (asian)
Today was muharam and we made karahi chicken for aftaar. (This photo was taken after the aftaar. We ate it. Luckily we managed a few for the photo. Sorry)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil chicken in 2 cup water with ginger garlic paste
* Step 2
In deep pan pour 2 cup oil and chop 3 onion and 1 kg tomatoe
* Step 3
Stir it in oil and pour the national karahi spice 1 packet
* Step 4
Add the boiled chicken in the oil and stir it
* Step 5
And then cap the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes
* Step 6
FOR GARNISH= sprinkle chopped green coriander, cbopped green chilli and chopped ginger and the chicken is ready
* Step 7
FOR SOUP= blend coriander and green chilli and yogurt and 1 pinch of salt
* Step 8
After done eat it with tortillas and soda or anything you like
