My Roast Loin of Pork
I bourght a large joint as I can make 2 different meals with this, half of it sliced to have with roast potatoes + veg .
The other half I will make something different with it. So 2 main meals out of 1 joint is good👍
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
With a sharp knife just slice little cuts in between the string that holds it in that shape.
* Step 2
Add the tsp olive oil all over the whit fat side, there is not much fat on thuis pork Loin but enough to be a little crisp.
* Step 3
Next add the sea salt and rub in just on the fatty side
* Step 4
Add to a pre- heated oven 180°C for 3/4 of an hour. Take out and then turn down the heat to 160°C add back then cook for 15 minutes
* Step 5
Now it's cooked leave it on a stand for about 30 minutes with a dish underneath until cooled.
* Step 6
Now slice the amount for what you need and what's left add to the fridge and make something different for another day. 2 meals out of 1 joint.
* Step 7
Serve. I sliced it thin to have with roast potatoes and veg and gravy Roast dinner. The other half goes in the fridge for another meal.
