My Onion & Celery Soup
This with just a little herbs and a spice really made this soup so tasty. Normally Celery has an overpowering taste but with these added it all blended well together a tasty Soup.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add the Butter to a medium saucepan and heat up. Next add the onion fry for 1 minute then add the garlic
* Step 2
Next add the oregano, Paprika and garlic stir in to mix.
* Step 3
Add the 1+ 1/2 of boiling water over the onion mix then add the Celery, Potato also the veg stock and stir bring to boil turn down the heat and simmer for 15- 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
* Step 5
Add it to a blender or use a handblender until smooth.
* Step 6
Bring to boil then serve hot with some Wholemeal Bread or crusty cobs.
