My Breakfast Chorizo Onion & Cheese Omelette

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dice Chorizo and onions and then add to the frying pan that has been heated up add a tsp oil and fry for 1 minute. The oil comes out of the Chorizo so you don't need much added oil.
* Step 2
Whisk the eggs add the pepper and whisk then add carefully on top of the Chorizo and onion cook for 2 minutes
* Step 3
Next add the Grated Cheese on top fry for a further minute then fold and add to the plate.
