I love experimenting with Eggs there is so much we can use them in. This is a nice tasty Omelette.#Newyearnewyou#Eggsi09th Chives

Ingredient

Food ration :

5 - 6 minutes

olive oil

1/4 cup

milk

1 Handful

Spinach

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add the oil to a non stick frying pan and heat up swish it all around the pan.

Add salt n pepper to the egg mix and mix in. Add to the pan and turn Down to medium heat leave it for one minute, then while it's still liquid on top add your veg

First spinach and shallots and yellow peppers.

Next when you can move it around the bottom of the pan. Add the Avocado, tomatoes

Put the grated mozarella on top all over. Add to a pre lit grill and keep it there until browns a little on top.

Cut it in four with a pizza knife.

Add to a serving dish. It's really nice.f
