Strawberry banana breakfast smoothie

Quick and easy 'throw together' breakfast if you're in a hurry. Lots of vitamin c and protein!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put the fruit in a blender and blend well

* Step 2

Add the yogurt and blend well. I use a high setting for this do it comes out smooth

* Step 3

Add the ice. A few cubes at a time if you need. I use the ice crusher setting so there are no chunks left. Blend well until smooth.
