* Step 1
In pan with oil sauté garlic till fragrant then add beans sprouts and stir fry for half a minute
* Step 2
Add red chili pepper and spring onion with seasoning stir fry another half a minute
* Step 4
Directly add onto cooked white rice and mix well
* Step 5
Serve bean sprouts rice salad top crispy fried shallot
