FOR VEGETARIAN JUST OMIT THE MEAT ,
ITS A GREAT DISH WITH OPTIONAL ADD ON OPTION ,
I DID WITH MACKERAL TODAY TOP LEMON SLICE IS MOST TASTY AND DELICOUS

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
melt the butter then saute onion and potato with carrot 2 minute then add stock simmer for 5 minute then add cabbage then season with salt
* Step 2
OPTIONAL ADD ON THEN add bacon or mackeral ( if using )
* Step 3
put another 3 tbsp of butter and springkle parsley on top of potato and cabbage then bake at 200 C /400F for about 15 to 25minute (if using mackerel ) till top crispy and brown
* Step 4
