Roasted sausage and potato casserole

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash, peel and dice potatoes

* Step 2

Fry breakfast sausage and cut in small pieces

* Step 3

Chop carrots and onions to your liking.

* Step 4

In large bowl Mix potatoes, sausage, beef broth, onions, carrots, salt and pepper, Italian herb seasoning, and garlic. Then transfer to large casserole dish.

* Step 5

Cover and bake for approximately 45 mins to 1 hour.
