Blow Your Mind Delicious Full Vegan and Weight Loss "Pasta"
my first ever full vegan dish, it turned out mind blowing delicious and helps you lose weight fast

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel and slice the mushrooms thin,melt half of the margarin in a pan, or use sunflower oil if you prefer, then add the mushrooms, the spices, and stir often, fry it on high heat first. When the mushrooms start to be cooked, add the vegan mustard sauce, keep stirring, reduce the heat and add water if needed, cook till ready
* Step 2
With spiralizer make zucchini pasta. I dont have a spiralizer but i have a speacial two sided peeler that works just as well. Heat rama margarin in a pan, add the zucchini and some salt and stir often, fry and cook until its a bit cooked but not fully mushy
* Step 3
Arrange the zucchini pasta on a plate, with the mushroom sauce, vegan cheese, garnish with fresh herbs, add the cabbage salad and thank me later😆
