YELLOW SPLIT PEA FRITTERS (VEGAN)

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the yellow split peas with cold water. Place them in bowl cover with plenty water. Next day drain the yellow split peas and let drip all the liquid.
* Step 2
Put the yellow split peas in a blender and make a paste with it.
* Step 3
In a bowl mix the rest of the ingredients and combine with the yellow split peas paste.
* Step 4
Make small patties and fry them in oil. Serve it immediately. Serve with a dipping sauce if you wish.
