Smothered Beef & Potato's (Dairy/Soy Free)
I wanted to make Salisbury Steaks one night and got frustrated with the lack of things I could find dairy and soy free to make it with. This is what I came up with and it's damn delicious!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare brown gravy according to package instructions
* Step 2
Mix together the ground beef and Steak & Chop Seasoning and form into 6-7 flat pattys.
* Step 4
Spray a large skillet with the cooking spray and heat on medium heat.
* Step 5
Brown both sides of the pattys. Do not cook through.
* Step 6
Spray a baking dish with the cooking spray
* Step 7
Place pattys in a single layer
* Step 8
Mix together the gravy, mushrooms, potatoes and onions.
* Step 9
Smother the pantys with the gravy mixture.
* Step 10
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and italian seasoning.
* Step 11
Bake for 45-55 minutes until potato's are tender.
