I’ve been having trouble cooking this week as I’ve mostly been on and off sick. And my drafts had been piling up so I just started completing those recipes for posts.

Ingredient

1/2 Tbsp

baking powder

1

egg

1/2 cup

milk

1/2 Tbsp

white sugar

1/4 tsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Whisk until incorporated the egg, oil, salt, sugar and milk

* Step 2

Soft into the wet mixture flour and baking powder. Whisk with light strokes until fully incorporated

* Step 3

Spread mixture onto microwave plate and microwave on high for 5 minutes

* Step 4

Take plate out of the microwave and spread with ketchup followed by a thin layer of mozzarella, the rest of the toppings and finally the remaining cheese. Sprinkle the top with oregano

* Step 5

Microwave on high for 2 - 3 minutes until the cheese melts

Serve immediately!
