Lasagna Soup GF

My wife made this today combining a couple of recipes she found recently. It is gluten free and delicious.

Ingredient

Food ration :

6 servings

Cooking time :

1 hour
1/2 lb

ground beef

2 cloves

garlic

1 1/2 cup

chopped spinach

4 cups

beef broth

1 1/2 tsp

dried basil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook onion and garlic in a large pan until transparent, add beef and sausage and brown.

* Step 2

Add diced tomatoes, marinara, chicken broth, seasonings, and 1 cup water.

* Step 3

Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 min.

* Step 4

Add broken noodles and simmer another 15min

* Step 5

Add spinach and set for 5 min.

* Step 6

Top with mozzarella and or parmesan and serve.
