Healthy and yummy gluten-free pancakes 🥞

My Mum has always wanted to make healthier recipes so she came up with this!

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all your dry ingredients using a whisk.

* Step 2

Whisk in all of the wet ingredients except the eggs until combined.

* Step 3

Whisk in the eggs but don’t over mix it or your pancakes will become rubbery.

* Step 4

Heat a non- stick pan quite hot 🔥 and add a tablespoon of ghee or oil of your choice.

* Step 5

Spoon one soup ladle in the centre of the pan, and when bubbles form, flip the pancake.

* Step 6

Eat with toppings of your choice

* Step 7
