Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a big container, put the flour, the salt, the xanthan gum and the olive oil, meanwhile in another container put the warm water and the yeast, and let the yeast get active. Reserve for 10 min. After the hour, knead the dough for 10-15 min and make the shape of the bread. Make a few small cuts on the surface and put it to cook in the oven previously heated to 200 ° for 50 min.
