Hasselback potatoes

Hasselback potatoes

My family loves to eat potatoes and we like to try different form of potatoes, when internet is loaded with hasselback thesedays so i thought to create my own marrination for these turmeric hasselbacks🤗 #mycookbook

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings

Cooking time :

1 hr
1 tsp

turmeric

1 tbsp

olive oil

1 cube

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash potatoes nicely. Hold it from one end & thinly slice them way down making sure keeping the base strong.(not breaking it)

* Step 2

Line a baking tray and keep potatoes on the tray, drizzle a bit of olive oil. Let cook in the oven for 20 mins at 180c

* Step 3

Meanwhile combine olive oil, butter & spices. Squeeze a lemon. Take out tray and brush it over those potatoes

* Step 4

Bake for 30 mins, take out tray and repeat the brushing process.

* Step 5

Put back the tray bake for another 10 mins or until potatoes are cooked and golden.

* Step 6

Serve with choice of salad or dip. I served with guacamole
