Chilli Soya nuggets (vegetarian)

Now i love eating protein and soya nuggests are one of a very good form of protein for vegetarians. Although i am not vegetarian everyday but i do enjoy eating vegetarian food. And this hot and spicy soya chunks is so tasty and mood changer #mycookbook

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil soya nuggets in enough water. Strain and run it quickly under tap water. Keep aside. Make sure water is drained completely.

* Step 2

Take a pan, on a medium heat, put oil. Add ginger, garlic, jalepenos. cook for 5 mins. Then on a high heat add onions, bell peppers, salt, pepper, white pepper, soya sauce, chilli sauce. Add dissolved cornflour and stir for 2 mins.

* Step 3

Add soya chunks in it on high heat. Mix well, adjust spices and sauces.

* Step 4

Serve with rice or on its own.
