One pan baked salmon and veggies

Its a planned busy day, monday! Needed something thats easy, not a lot of afterwork is required, i came up with an idea to bake on a sheet pan. Hence this colourful and hearty dish #mycookbook

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings

Cooking time :

under 1 hour
Handful

spinach

3-4 cloves

garlic

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pre heat oven at 180C

* Step 2

Take a baking tray, drizzle Olive oil and half of all spices. Mix in potatoes, and bake for 20-25 mins

* Step 3

Take the tray out, put onions, mushrooms, garlic, salmon sprinkle some olive oil and rest of the spices. Now bake it for 15 mins.

* Step 4

Place cherry tomatoes and bake for another 5 mins.

* Step 5

Take out tray and squeeze a lemon, put some spinach leaves & serve
