Non keto kaya using pandan paste (coconut pandan jam)

Most recipes call for pandan leave.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix coconut cream with pandan paste

Put sugar and egg in mixer bowl.

* Step 3

Decrease to speed 1 and add in the pandan coconut mixture and salt to the mixer

* Step 4

Transfer to a pot and heat the stove.

* Step 5

The kaya will not be as thick as store bpught there is no thickening agent in it.

* Step 6

You can add in a teaspoon of corn starch mix with warm water Into your kaya while stirring it.

* Step 7

Let it cool and keep it in a container preferably air tight (i run out of one) and keep it in the fridge

* Step 8

Can last up to 3 weeks
