Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly make a paste of coriander,pudin,green chilli and gigner
* Step 2
Meanwhile saute some cummin seeds,basil leaves, cloves, cardamom,dal chini and big cardamom also and make powder of all the ingredients
* Step 3
Now add this powder in coriander pudina water
* Step 4
Add kaala namak and nimbu ke phool in it.mix it well
* Step 5
Now boil some jaggery in water and add in this
* Step 6
Pani is ready. Strain it and keep in refrigerator.
* Step 7
Pani poori is ready to serve
