Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a utensil heat up oil cook bay leaf for 1 minute add slices of onion,cook onion until it's colour changes to golden brown on high flame then add 1/4 cup of water and rice,green peas,salt,garam masala and red chilli powder to it.roast it for 5 minutes on high flame.
* Step 2
Now add 6 cups of water to cook the rice.when rice soak water and become soft then switch off the flame.Sindhi pulav is ready to serve.
