coriander powder

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

3 Tablespoons

mustard oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a wok heat up oil add cinnamon powder, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, asafoetida,ginger powder,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and coriander powder

Now add slices of onion and brinjal to it sprinkle some.salt over it.keep a lid and cook for 20 minutes on a low flame

Then after add tomato and coriander leaves, add little bit of salt and simmer for 10 minutes.switch off the flame a the add lemon juice over it
