Ridge guard in tomato gravy

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly make puree of tomato,ginger and green chilli in a mixer now take a utensil heat up oil add cardamom cook it for 1 minutes now add puree of tomato add turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt to it keep a lid and let tomatoes to cook on low flame
* Step 2
When oils comes out from tomato then add small pieces of ridge guard to it and again keep the lid and cook it for 20 minutes on low flame.
* Step 3
Ridge guard is ready to serve. Garnish with some leaves of coriander
