Cornmeal Dhokla

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all the ingredients well, add enough water to make a soft dough
* Step 2
Keep aside covered for 15-20 minutes
* Step 3
Divide the dough into 8 equal size balls, flatten it and make a hole in the center like a doughnut
* Step 4
In a steamer/idli vessel boil enough water. Greasw the plate and place the dhoklas. Steam for 30-35 minutes.
* Step 5
Leave the dhoklas in covered steamer for few minutes.
* Step 6
Remove, pour hot ghee over them. Just have as it is or with mixed spicy dal and green chutney.
