Transform your simple chana masala into a magical flavourful dish by adding Maggi masala-e- magic.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil soaked chicken in a pressure cooker by adding 1/4th tsp salt and 2 cups of water, until cooked.
* Step 2
Heat up oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and bay leaves.
* Step 3
Add ginger garlic paste, saute for a minute, add chopped onions. Fry until golden brown. Add chopped green chillies.
* Step 4
Add coriander powder and chilli powder along with salt. Add tomato puree and fry until oil separates
* Step 5
Add boiled and drained chikpea, save the water.
* Step 6
Stir well on medium high flame. Outer layers of chikpea should get crunchy
* Step 7
Add chopped coriander leaves, and maggi masala ए magic.
* Step 8
If you want it little saucy, add some water that you saved from boiled chikpea, cook for a few minutes.
* Step 9
Add lemon juice and serve as a starter or with chapati/nan/paratha!
