Pav bhaji baked potato

In my home left over bhaji from pav bhaji is not willingly eaten next day, no one will grumble if your bhaji is utilised in such a way. Delicious baked potatoes filled with bhaji and pav bhaji flavoured potato mash.
An interesting fusion that you will make often on popular demand!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven at 180 degrees
* Step 2
Wash potatoes well, use a knife or fork to make few holes all over the potatoes
* Step 3
Bake them in preheated oven for 35 minutes
* Step 4
Cut them lengthwise from the centre to yield 4 skinned halves
* Step 5
Scoop out from the centre using a spoon
* Step 6
In a bowl take the scooped out potato mash, (do not mash too much) add chat masala, pav bhaji masala, salt, and lemon. Masalas should be as per your taste.
* Step 7
Butter all 4 halves, in two fill potato mixture, top it up with mozzarella cheese
* Step 8
In other 2 buttered halves fill bhaji top it up with mozzarella cheese
* Step 9
Keep all 4 pieces on a baking tray and grill it for 5-7 minutes, till cheese starts getting light brownish
* Step 10
Sprinkle some chat masala, red chilli powder, chopped onion and some lemon juice
