Rohu with Poi Shak
#meetthemeat
On the funny side...I learned this recipe from a stranger, a bengali, at vegetable vendors' in a busy market :).
While I was asking for 'poi bhaji'(Malabar spinach), she told me that they, Bengalis call it poi shak which they cook with cubes of fish. She quickly told me the ingredients and I cooked it when I got back home! It tasted amazing.
Thank you, my stranger friend!
