Low-carb Flatbreads

I like almond flour.

Ingredient

Food ration :

8 servings
1/2 cup

water

1/4 cup

lard

1/2 teaspoon

kosher salt

1/3 teaspoon

ground black pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make a dough with all the ingredients. Heat a skillet with nonstick spray.

* Step 2

Form a disc with some of the dough. Lay on the hot skillet. I used 2 sheets of waxed paper sprayed with nonstick spray. Then I squished it between the the two waxed paper sheets till a disc formed.

* Step 3

Cook 2 minutes on the first side and 1 minute on the second.

* Step 4

Move to a plate and repeat till done. Serve I hope you enjoy!!
