魚頭米粉 FISH HEAD BEEHOON

Ingredient

2 to 3 servings

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinate fish head (preferably 1 night) with salt, soy sauce, sesame oil & white pepper

* Step 2

Broth - boil long cabbage, tomato & some spring onion (tie it into a knot) till soft (long cabbage will make broth sweeter)

* Step 3

Air-fry fish head that was pre-marinated

* Step 4

Cut silken tofu into cubes

* Step 5

When broth is ready, adjust the taste (I used mushroom seasoning) & evaporated milk

Add in thick beehoon & tofu. Cooked it for another 5 minutes

* Step 7

Off the fire. I prefer to add some sesame oil and shao hsing wine after fire is off to enhance the taste 🤤🤤

* Step 8

Place the air-fried fish head on top, sprinkle with some spring onion & coriander.. Enjoy 😋😋
