Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan add oil heat add mustard seeds cumin seeds stir add green chili curry leaves onion stir fry lightly golden
* Step 2
Now add tomato salt ginger garlic paste stir fry to cook add red chili powder coriander powder tarmaric powder stir fry to cook
* Step 3
Now add louki pieces and add 1/2 glass water and cook slow flame with lid
* Step 4
Take a 1 cup water and add coconut powder mix well and add in lauki and cook well
* Step 5
Now add coriander leaves garammasala stir and flame off
* Step 6
Now transfer into serving bowl and garnish coriander leaves
* Step 7
Ready to serve with paratha or chapati
