* Step 1
Put in the curd strainer for 10minutes and water discard
* Step 2
Now transfer into bowl and beat well and add cucumber tomato carrot onion coriander leaves mix well
* Step 3
Now add salt paper powder chat masala mix well
* Step 4
Now transfer into serving bowl and garnish mint leaves
* Step 6
Enjoy with polaw or biryani or Aloo paratha
