Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marenat paneer cubs salt paper powder cumin powder garammasala powder ginger garlic paste fenugreek leaves coriander leaves oil mix well and keep aside for 20minutes
* Step 2
Take a pan add oil heat and fry paneer cubs and keep aside
* Step 3
Take a pan add oil heat add cumin seeds green chili onion stir fry add ginger garlic paste stir fry for 2minutes
* Step 4
After cool grind fine past and add curd grind well/ take a pan add oil heat add cumin seeds black cardamom green cardamom bayleaf ciniman stick clove stir fry add grind mixture stir fry to cook well
* Step 5
Now add all spices stir add capsicum stir cook
* Step 6
Now add fry paneer cubs and cook add cream stir and add coriander leaves and flame off
* Step 7
Now transfer into serving bowl and garnish coriander leaves
* Step 8
Ready to serve with paratha
