Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take bitergard clean and remove seeds and rub salt 3 tsp and keep aside for 1hour/ washed keep aside
* Step 2
Take a pan add 1/4 cup oil heat add cumin seeds ginger garlic paste stir fry add Mutton mince stir fry to cook add chili crashed tarmaric pawder garammasala salt cumin powder stir fry to cook well add onion stir fry to cook well add coriander leaves aanardana pawder and flame off
* Step 3
After cool staffing in bitergard and located thread/ take a pan add oil heat add bitergard and fry
* Step 4
Take a pan add oil heat add ginger garlic paste stir fry to cook and add tomato stir fry to cook well add tarmaric pawder salt cumin powder red chili pawder coriander pawder stir fry to cook and add leftover mince stir fry to cook add some water and coriander leaves and chopped green chili stir add fry bitergard and keep slow flame for 10minutes and flame off
* Step 5
Transfer into serving plate and garnish coriander leaves green chili tomato flawar
* Step 6
