Spicy Sautéed Cockles (lunch)

Spicy Sautéed Cockles (lunch)

Serves for 1-2 pax.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings
100 gr

cockles

4 cloves

garlic

1/2

tomato

1 tsp

salt

1 tsp

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean the cockles, rinse with water, and put aside

* Step 2

Chop onions, garlics, tomato, and chillies

* Step 3

Heat some oil in a pan, stir fry onions, garlics and chillies over medium heat until it turns slightly brownish

* Step 4

Add in the cockles, pour 1/2 glass of water and put on the lid cover, leave it for about 10 mins to cook

* Step 5

Open the lid cover, add a pinch of salt and sugar then put on the lid cover for final execution. Leave it 5 mins then your cockles are ready to serve.
