On vacation in Victoria BC, I'm making the most of the local ingredients = SALMON and working in an unfamiliar kitchen. The result was phenomenal - I'll be making this again when I get home.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Poach two eggs to desired ft doneness
* Step 2
Spread guacamole onto each flatbread crisp, layer lox on top
* Step 3
Add chili sauce to taste, poached egg and top with remaining lox. Garnish with cilantro and herbs.
