Chicken With Mushroom Sauce
This sauce made with Dijon mustard, which is different than the regular table mustard. Has vinegar in it. But if you don't have Dijon, make your own by mixing 4 tbsp ground mustard seeds brown, and 4 tbsp yellow, 1/2 cup white vine vinegar , 1/2 tsp kosher salt

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 F( 200 C)
* Step 2
Season chicken on both sides with salt and pepper. Heat olive over medium high heat in a ovenproof skillet. Place chicken skin side down in skilled and cook until browned, turn chicken over, about 4-5 minutes
* Step 3
Transfer skillet to the oven and cook until chicken no longer pink in the center. About 20 minutes
* Step 4
Remove chicken from skillet to a plate, set same skillet on the stovetop over medium high heat, add mushrooms, until they change their color, add flour, oregano, add broth stir constantly, flour must be smooth, add your parsley, add your mustard continue stirring.add little bit of salt and pepper. Until sauce gets thicker.
