3-4x Layers, Smothered, Covered, Smashed Onion Pretzel C/Burger
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat butter and toast pretzel buns (400°F for 3-5min)
* Step 2
Roll burger flat and season, cut into square or rectangular sections.
* Step 3
Heat Wagyu Beef tallow in skillet, and/or Butter. Get hot for a sizzle!
* Step 4
Add sections of seasoned burger patties to hot skillet and cook 1 min. Flip. Add cheese. Cover. Cook 1-2 minutes
* Step 5
Remove patties and layer onto the toasted pretzel buns. Layers go as follows: bun, cheesy patty, Sautéed onions,, cheesy patty, Sautéed Onions, cheesy patty, Sautéed Onions, sprinkle on black pepper, add top portion of pretzel bun! Serve and enjoy!
* Step 6
Of course, keep layering to your hearts desire!
* Step 7
I gave ours 3-4 cheesy patties each, with each layer melted together with a section of Sautéed onions!
