Chicken & Garlic Bread Salad
Can be made with chicken breast, Quorn or both in two pans!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
S&P with rosemary, smash in p&m, smash Garlic, tbls oil, tbls ww vinegar. sprinkle over pinch cayenne pepper, rub over chicken or Quorn and sit on bay leaf in a bowl for 5 minutes to marinade, then toss in an oiled frying pan
* Step 2
Mix all herbs in bowl with evo oil and sprinkle of orange juice. add thin slices of skinned orange on to greens. squeeze remaining oranges over cooking meat/ Quorn to boost the flavour
* Step 3
Plate salad, orange, meat/ Quorn, crumble feta, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and serve. Can add seasonal soft fruit as I have here with raspberries.
