Tangerine marmalade
Missing the bright and sunny weather while it's been so cold in down under lately. So, I've decided to turn the overleft tangerine from our neighbour into a marmalade. In which it could help me remind my tropical hometown. #heirloom
Ingredient
Food ration :
200ml jar
Cooking time :
1 day
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the tangerine until it's soft (with a bit of skin)
* Step 2
Add sugar and cinnamon, stir in a low heat. Then let it cool.
* Step 3
The next day, check whether it's been thicken. If it is, move it to a jar. If not, add more sugar and wait until it's cool.
