Steamed Trout

Another steame fish using brown trout.

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

1 tbsp

sesame oil

leaves

Corriander

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.

* Step 2

Heat the pan, fry garlic and ginger until golden brown.

* Step 3

Add on soy sauce, shaoxing wine, water, and sesame oil until it is fragrant.

* Step 4

Heat the steamer, put the fish in then pour with the sauce.

Close the aluminium foil then steam for about 20 minutes.
