Ingredient

Food ration :

2-5 servings

1/2 kg

ground beef

2 cloves

garlic

1/2 tsp

cumin

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut all the vegetable into small pieces. Prepare the the tacos sauce nad sliced vegetable in a bowl as the picture shown. I also show my favorite ranch dressing which is low fat and give a huge taste to my tacos.

* Step 2

For the beef: sautรฉ anion and garlic when itโ€™s slightly brown put the ground beef and all the spices I mention. Simmer it for about 10 mins. Then mix until it cooked.

* Step 3

Preheat oven into 180c and put the tacos bake it for 3 mins only
