Quick & Easy Lasagna. Also included is a VEGAN OPTION, or Meat & Cheese Substitute options
You can always add ricotta or cottage cheese as a layer to your lasagna in place of the other cheese or in addition to.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook ground beef and diced onion in sauce pan. When cooked, set aside.
* Step 2
In a 9 x 13 baking dish, put a small layer of spaghetti sauce on the bottom.
* Step 3
Add layers of lasagna noodles, overlapping the edges. Add small amounts of spaghetti sauce to the top of the noodles and then also add ground beef.
* Step 4
Then add a layer of mozzarella cheese and garlic and basil if you choose.
* Step 5
Continue the rotation of noodles, sauce, meat. There should be about 3 total layers.
* Step 6
Add the last layer of mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
* Step 7
Cover dish with foil and cook at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Then Uncover and cook for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is brown/cooked.
