5 minutes Avocado Scrambled Eggs

When they are available, it is absolutely enjoyed by my family in various dishes. And because they aren't available throughout the Year, it cannot be missed when it's available. This is generally the time of the Year when it's available aplenty. The best part is it is done in 5 minutes or even less than that. In this easy to do dish for Breakfast, I have used them for a lovely change. Beautiful looking Scrambled Eggs, both delicious and flavourful plus healthy as well. It's a perfect idea for Brunch too. Healthy and filling. As you do the needful with Eggs, Avocados need to be just added at the end and tossed with everything. Give it a standing time of half a minute. That's it. It's all done. Serve it piping hot with your choice of Bread.

Ingredient

Food ration :

5 minutes
2 tbsp

Olive Oil

1/2 tsp

Salt

1/2 tsp

Pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Break eggs into a bowl or directly onto the pan. If you are doing it on the pan just like me, heat a tablespoon of oil at first. Now break both the eggs directly in it.

* Step 2

Start stirring it in a clockwise fashion without a pause so that the eggs are scrambled. Add chopped avocados to it. Mix well.

* Step 3

Season with salt and freshly cracked pepper. That's all. Serve it immediately with some toasted bread. Enjoy!
